Chefsreporter ist ein neues Online-Magazin, das professionelle Restaurantkritk und engagierten Journalismus verbindet. Das Köche und Gastronomen zu Wort kommen lässt, tolle Hotels porträtiert und ganz generell darüber berichtet, wie schön das Leben sein kann, wenn man gut isst und trinkt.
Natürlich sind meine Texte auch weiterhin im Feinschmecker, der Süddeutschen Zeitung, Traveller’s World und vielen anderen zu lesen. Aber in Zukunft berichte ich auch hier vom Unterwegssein in guten Restaurants in Deutschland und rund um den Globus. Manchmal bin ich auch zuhause: Das ist in München, ein paar Gehminuten vom Viktualienmarkt entfernt.

My daytime job nowadays is as a contributor to publications such as Der Feinschmecker, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Traveller’s World, Schweizer Illustrierte and some others. However, I will keep you posted on a regular basis about eating out and travelling on this site. In case you should wonder: When I am not travelling, home is Munich, Germany, just a few steps from world-famous Viktualienmarkt.
